Do you accept product returns or exchanges?

We proudly offer a Superfood Promise Guarantee:: We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and want you to love our products as much as we do!

We will accept returns for any reason on product bought directly from our website for up to 30 days after receipt. We will refund your purchase price, less return shipping charges, if you use our return label.

To request a return label, or if you need further assistance with your return, please email us at hello@navitasorganics.com, or fill out our contact form here. Please note that our main offices are closed on Saturday and Sunday, so if you reach out over the weekend we will be back in touch first thing Monday. We are a small, family-run business and greatly appreciate your understanding and support.

Once we receive your returned product, a credit via original method of payment will be processed within 7-10 business days.
