An essential part of our mission is to create economic opportunities among indigenous people in developing countries. Our investment in traditional agriculture helps expand development of global organic farming practices, while supporting communities along the way. We pay our growers a fair trade premium for our products, regardless of whether the product is actually certified Fairtrade or not (it's actually only established for a few industries, including chocolate, tea, and coffee).
