Can I use your Alternative Baking Flours in my smoothie?

It's not our usual response to this product question, but please don't! Both the Lentil Flour and the Chickpea Flour are a raw product, and as such are not recommended for consumption without cooking. Consuming these flours raw in a smoothie or bowl can cause digestive discomfort from naturally occuring compounds found in raw legumes.
