I got an email saying that my package was delivered but it's not here. Help!

 

If you've received a delivery confirmation for your order but can’t find it anywhere, don’t worry—yet! Occasionally, the delivery notification is triggered prematurely by the carrier and in most cases these ‘missing’ orders show up the following day, no worse for the wear. However, we do recommend reaching out to FedEx to make sure that your superfoods didn't land on a neighbor's doorstep by accident. If FedEx confirms that the package was delivered please contact us immediately so that we can take the necessary steps to find out what happened to your superfoods and prepare a replacement order if necessary. Please note that our main offices are closed on Saturday and Sunday, so if you reach out over the weekend we will be back in touch first thing Monday.
