B Corp
Navitas is a certified B Corporation. This means that we’re committed to using our business as a force for good. Audited annually for our commitment to higher social and environmental standards, we focus on goals including reducing our carbon footprint throughout the supply chain; sourcing our ingredients with care to ensure that the farm workers growing them are earning a living wage; donating to nonprofits including A Growing Culture, Ceres Project, and Conscious Kitchen; and taking care of our employees with an active wellness program.
USDA Organic
When it comes to our superfoods, organic is a nonnegotiable for us—which is why “organics” is right in our company name! All of our products are certified USDA Organic. Our superfoods are also inherently non-GMO, gluten-free and vegan, making them a great fit for a variety of dietary needs and preferences.
Fairtrade
Whenever possible, we source certified Fairtrade ingredients. This certification is currently only available for select foods, like cacao. However, we use fair trade ideals in sourcing all of our ingredients to ensure that farm workers and food processors can earn a living wage. Our Fairtrade and Fairtrade Specific Ingredient certified products include our Cacao Collection and our Power Snacks.
Kosher
The majority of our line is Kosher certified, so you can feel confident and at ease when looking for highly nutritious, kosher foods. Just check the back of the bag for the Kosher certification icon!
Vegan Verified
Our entire product line is Vegan Verified, which means that no animal products or animal product derivatives are used in any of our superfoods, ever. Unlike some vegan certifications that merely require a list of ingredients, our third party, vegan certifying agency reviews our superfoods on an ongoing basis to ensure full compliance with vegan standards throughout the product line.
Gluten-Free Certified
Our Power Snack line is Gluten-Free Certified, making it a convenient and safe superfood snack for anyone with a sensitivity to wheat. Additionally, all of our products are tested regularly to ensure less than 20 ppm of gluten, in accordance with FDA labeling regulations.
Third Party Lab Tested
Before any of our superfoods make it into your hands, they’re tested by third party, independent labs for heavy metals, microbials and nutrition. You can count on our quality and safety standards to provide you and your family with some of the most nutritious foods in the world!
GMP & HACCP
Our co-packing partners follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and use a HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) management system at their facility to ensure the best in food safety throughout the production process.
